About the Team:
The Recruitment System & Data Optimization team are primarily responsible for the optimization of our ATS, our internal mobility platform, and various recruitment data and digitalization projects. This team is part part of Talent Center (a CoE) which has a wide remit including policy & process, early careers, and TA enablement. In this role you'll be the key point-of-contact for the AMS region.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point-of-contact for all recruitment systems and data queries within the region;
  • Gather requirements from talent acquisition partners in the AMS region, ensuring they are appropriately scoped and assessed;
  • Develop documentation relating to recruiting requests to share with the global Recruitment System and Data Optimization team;
  • Manage the roll-out of product features and enhancements, leading on change management, communication, and training of those enhancements;
  • Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Operations teams on best practices and solutions for recruitment challenges;
  • Manage timely communication and building working relationships with recruiting stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years talent acquisition or recruitment relevant experience;
  • Significant knowledge of ATS configuration, implementation, or features roll-out;
  • Ability to gather requirements and clearly document them;
  • Ability to understand the recruiting process and scenarios in AMS;
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, multi-tasking, and meet deadlines;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, humility, flexibility, and good interpersonal and customer facing skills.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80000 - $159000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate�??s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
